How To Install Xperia Z Launcher On Supported Devices
Firstly, your phone must be rooted and also have ClockworkMod Recovery installed.
Step 1: Download the .zip file of Xperia Z Launcher for your phone from here.
Step 2: Transfer the .zip file to the root (parent directory) of your smartphone. You can, obviously, do this after connecting your phone via USB cable.
Step 3: Once transfer is complete. Boot into ClockworkMod Recovery (CWM).
Step 4: backup of your device which you can use later on if you wish to revert to current setup. backup and storage >>> backup
Step 5: Now this is the step where we flash Xperia Z Launcher on our device. From the main menu: install zip from sdcard >> choose zip from sdcard >> Xperia_Z_home_port_V2.00_ThilinaC.zip.
Step 6: Reboot
