  1. Go into the Settings.
  2. Tap Additional settings.
  3. Tap on Backup & reset.
  4. Tap on Erase all data (factory data reset).
  5. Confirm you understand that all data will be erased by tapping on Erase Data.
  6. Your Oppo K3 will restart and begin the factory data reset.

  1. Log into https://www.google.com/android/find with your Google Account ID and password.
  2. Select the Oppo K3 from the menu on the left.
  3. Select the Erase Device option from below the device information.
  4. Select the Erase button on the popup.
  5. Enter your Google Account password to confirm and send the task to your Oppo K3.
