  4. Select Lock Type, Pattern, Pin, or Password.
  5. Enter your preferred app lock option
  6. Select Secure Folder from apps and tap Add apps.
  7. Click Lock and exit on the top right corner.
  8. A short message will appear showing the Secure Folder is now locked.
  9. Access Secure Folder to see whether or not the app prompts for the previously selected lock type.
  10. Enter a pattern, PIN, password, or biometric security scan option.
  11. The app pin will be released.

Locking Apps via S Secure

To lock apps via S Secure, here are the steps:

  1. Download and install the S Secure app.
  2. After that, open the S Secure application then click the lock and mask app option.
  3. Change the off button to the on button.
  4. Select the app lock type option.
  5. Then set the security mode you want to apply.
  6. Click the arrow to return to the previous page.
  7. Enter the locked apps menu and click the add button.
  8. Add the apps you want to secure or lock.
  9. Click the done button.
  10. App locking is successful.

Locking Apps via LOCKit

Another way to lock applications on Samsung A04 is to use the LOCKit application, here’s how:

  1. Download the LOCKit app on Google Play.
  2. Open it on your Samsung phone then you will be asked to choose to use a pattern or PIN.
  3. Then you have to fill in the security question.
  4. After that select the application you want to lock.
  5. Press Protect.
  6. Select Accessibility, then select LOCKit and press On.
  7. Your application is locked.

Locking Apps with App Lock

The last step you can do is lock the Samsung app with Smart AppLock. Here’s how.

  1. Download the Smart AppLock application on Google Play.
  2. Click the Settings menu.
  3. Select Password and Pattern Setting.
  4. Enter the password you want to use
  5. Select the application you want to lock.
